Krambo Corporation structures financing transactions and places the related securities with institutional investors. Krambo’s privately placed financing transactions have included secured and unsecured notes, sale/leasebacks, tax-exempt industrial revenue bonds, convertible notes, convertible preferred stock, mortgage notes, sale of founders’ equity, subordinated debt, and sale and securitizations of mortgage loans. Its typical private placement transactions have ranged from $2 million to $100 million.

While Krambo’s clients have included major public corporations, Krambo has specialized in the representation of privately held companies, including some of the largest in the United States. Krambo also has a team focused on CRA-qualified transactions on behalf of affordable housing entities, in particular affiliates of Habitat for Humanity International.
